We work at the intersection of dynamical systems, networks, machine learning, and computational/mathematical biology.
PhD stipend: 42,500 TL/month
Postdoc stipend: 54,500 TL/month
Strong background in programming and interest in complex systems or data-driven modeling is expected. Experience with optimization problems is a big plus.

we are looking for a new team member to join our group at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) and the MOIN CC with the project title “Hardware Design for a High-Pressure Parahydrogen-Induced Polarization”.
Focus of the position:
PHIP hyperpolarization, equipment development, and automation for biomedical MRI applications.
This 3-year Ph.D. position (or 70% Post.Doc.) aims to develop a novel high-pressure PHIP-reactor with applications in biology and medicine.

Aranan Nitelikler:
-Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği, Fizik veya ilgili mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun olmak (Tercihen: YL veya Doktora yapmış olmak)
-Aşağıdaki uzmanlık alanlarından en az birinde deneyim sahibi olmak:
- Darbeli lazer sistemleri uygulamaları
- SONAR veya ultrason ölçüm sistemleriyle çalışma deneyimi

Cleanroom Senior Specialist / Assistant Specialist

Qualifications
B.S or higher in physics, engineering, materials science, or related field with at least 5 years of hands-on experience -on micro/nanofabrication in a cleanroom environment.
Experience with semiconductor processing equipment, installation, preventative maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated experience in physical or chemical vapor deposition, thin films, etching, thermal treatments, photolithography, and microelectronic packaging.
Proficient in specifying, purchasing, installing, and qualifying nanofabrication equipment (lithography, deposition, etch, metrology, inspection).
Knowledgeable in cleanroom infrastructures and operation.
Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Project management skills for prioritization, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Strong attention to detail, persistence, follow through, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
High energy, self-motivated with strong communication skills and personal work ethic, and a strong sense of ownership.
Proficiency in MS Office programs, computer software, hardware, and English.
Job Description
Perform micro/nano fabrication, characterization, and imaging activities in the cleanroom.
Take ownership of cleanroom processes, provide consultancy on complex microfabrication processes, and guide users.
Coordinate user training for cleanroom equipment and execute necessary follow-up activities.
Coordinate, document, and ensure the calibration, maintenance, and repair of cleanroom equipment.
Collaborate with relevant departments and individuals to ensure the cleanroom operates to desired standards.
Act as the point of contact during cleanroom emergencies and coordinate necessary measures.
Enter required data into the SAP system related to budgeting for consumables and maintenance expenses.
Generate ideas for new machinery/equipment in the cleanroom and determine product specifications.
Participate in national/international meetings for continuous improvement and represent the organization as required.
Fulfill additional duties assigned by managers and/or the University to meet role and department requirements.
